Cenote Adventures
Tulum, Mexico
May 16-23, 2026
A journey into the mystical underwater world of the Maya.

Trip Overview:
This multi-day diving adventure is designed to immerse you fully in the magical underwater world of Tulum’s cenotes. Over the course of the trip, you’ll explore a variety of freshwater cave and cavern systems—each offering its own unique formations, light beams, and sense of quiet awe. From wide, sunlit caverns to more intricate limestone passageways, every dive reveals a different side of this ancient landscape.
With five days of guided diving, this trip goes far beyond a single cenote experience, allowing you to slow down, build confidence, and truly connect with these remarkable ecosystems. Supported by expert local dive professionals, you’ll experience the cenotes in the safest, most intentional way possible—combining adventure, education, and the kind of immersion that makes this the best way to explore the cenotes of Tulum.

What Type of Challenge Is This?
Between dives, you’ll return each day to a beautiful, private home in Tulum, where every diver has their own room, meals are thoughtfully prepared by a private chef, and logistics are fully handled. Gear rental is available, and dives are led by a professional cenote guide who knows these systems intimately.
The challenge on this trip lives underwater, not above it.
Cenote diving asks for focus and refinement—strong buoyancy control, a solid frog kick (or the willingness to work on it), and the ability to remain calm and aware in an overhead environment where light, space, and movement matter. These are not extreme demands, but they are intentional ones, rewarding divers who move slowly and dive with precision.

For those who take it on, the reward is extraordinary. Sunbeams pouring through limestone ceilings, vast cathedral-like chambers, and an intimate view of Mexico that few divers ever experience. It’s a challenge that sharpens your skills, deepens your confidence, and leaves you with memories that are as powerful as they are beautiful.

Sunlight filters through openings above, illuminating layers of clear freshwater and casting shifting patterns across the limestone below.
With two guided dives, there’s time to move slowly, take it all in, and fully appreciate the quiet beauty of this remarkable place. Our Impact in Tulum
The fragile cenote ecosystems are constantly threatened by overdevelopment, overtourism, and unsafe diving practices. For our cenotes trip, we will be donating to CREER, and organization that helps maintain the cave/cavern systems and keeps them safe for divers, as well as advocates to the local government for cenote conservation. Safety, conservation, and sustainable travel are what we're all about!
